We require 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows without notice will be charged the full service cost. Clients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment without providing the required 48-hour notice may be banned from making future reservations. DEPOSITS ARE NON - REFUNDABLE.
If a client opts to proceed with only a part of their booked services, they will be billed for the entire appointment. Short notice makes it challenging to accommodate new bookings.
If a client arrives late to an appointment, the time missed will be deducted from the scheduled duration. For instance, if a 60-minute appointment is booked and the client arrives 10 minutes late, only 50 minutes will remain. The full rate for the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
