Guest Preparation & Safety Guidelines

For our expectant guests who are beyond twenty weeks of pregnancy, we kindly request that you note this on your intake form so we may properly accommodate you. We are pleased to provide table elevations during your session to ensure you remain comfortable and are not required to lie flat on your back.

To maintain the integrity of your skin and ensure optimal results, we recommend that guests reschedule their appointment if an active cold sore or open lesion is present, as we may be unable to perform the treatment.

For our male guests, facial hair is perfectly welcome; however, we ask that you refrain from shaving on the day of or the day before your visit to prevent sensitivity.

In the days surrounding your appointment, we ask that guests observe the following timelines for skincare and aesthetic treatments:

  • Active Ingredients: Please discontinue the use of Retinol, Vitamin A derivatives, and active acids for three to five days both before and after your facial.
  • Waxing & Laser: To protect the skin barrier, please avoid facial waxing for three days and laser hair removal on the treated area for two weeks surrounding your session.
  • Injectables: While Botox may be administered five days prior to or following your treatment, we require that dermal fillers be completed at least two weeks in advance, or as specifically instructed by your physician.
